Return and refund policy
- Tools and accessories: After receiving the product, the customer is not entitled to replace or refund it, unless there is a manufacturer defect in the product or there was a mistake in the order only. All products come with its instructions and limitations, so SpecialityPlus does not guarantees Product if not using as to the instructions, in the event of a defect, the client must communicate with SpecialityPlus and return the product within a maximum of three (3) working days from the date of receipt of the product, SpecialityPlus will decide on working on the process after receiving the purchased and inspecting it.
- In case of communicating with SpecialityPlus and the return process was agreed upon, SpecialityPlus will provide the client with the refund process.
- If the purchased items are returned, the customer must inform SpecialityPlus, so SpecialityPlus team receives it, and the returns sent without advance notice will be rejected.
- Shipping charges or credit card fees will not be refunded, it will be deducted from the original amount of your payment.
- Coffee & Tea Products: cannot be replaced or refund after they are received and opened.
